The Build Story
Planning
Every Intricate Design build moves through three stages — planning, construction, celebration. This dossier follows one custom home through all three, written as the work happens.
The planning came first, and with it the team. From the architect to the foundation work and on through the finishing touches, Intricate Design builds with detail-oriented, independent smaller businesses, so every aspect of the home is handled with care.
Construction — now
As of June 2026, the home is in frame. The structure is up, the rooms exist for the first time, and what was a set of drawings is now something you can stand inside.
Cameras are on site through the build. The exterior in frame, the interior volumes, the crew at work, the details — each photograph becomes a numbered plate in this dossier as it is made.
Celebration — ahead
Cookie cutter is not our style; this home is custom, start to finish. When the build is done, the third stage belongs to the people it is for — and the finished plates and the film take their places here, closing the dossier the way every Intricate Design build is meant to end: with a celebration.

Signature Touches
Intricate Design leaves its signature on every piece it builds — somewhere in the home, a piece of work made for that house alone. These are the touches the company puts its name to. Which of them this home carries, the finished plates will show.
