Matt Langenberg is a builder, a realtor, and a developer. Intricate Design is his company — a residential building, development, and real estate company located in Grand Rapids, MI.
The work runs from spec houses to fully custom homes, through remodels and decks, to help finding or selling a home — a custom home builder working across Grand Rapids and West Michigan.

Big-box builders sell volume: the same plan, the same finishes, the same house repeated down the street. Intricate Design works against that grain. Cookie cutter is not our style.
Putting the art back into a house starts with who builds it. From the architect, to the foundation work, and onward through to your ideal finishing touches, we work with detail-oriented, independent smaller businesses to ensure every aspect is handled with care.
